Limited Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty

 

What Does This Warranty Cover?

This limited lifetime warranty (“Warranty”) covers any defects in materials or craftsmanship of Pilotfish sunglasses, eyewear frames, and all accessories and wearables purchased from Pilotfish.com, Pilotfish official Amazon listings, or a Pilotfish authorized retailer or partner (“Covered Item(s)”).

 

What Does This Warranty Not Cover?

This Warranty does not cover lost or stolen sunglasses, nor does it cover prescription lenses. (Please refer to our Lost and Broken Protection Program if your sunglasses have been lost or broken). This Warranty also does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, or damage caused by anything other than defects in material or craftsmanship. Items purchased from re-sellers or unauthorized retailers are not covered by this Warranty. Additionally, indirect and incidental damages are not recoverable under this Warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or indirect damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

 

How Long Does the Coverage Last?

This Warranty lasts for as long as you own your Covered Item(s).

 

How Do You Submit a Warranty Claim?

In order to be eligible for a replacement of your Covered Item(s) under this Warranty, you must submit a claim through the Warranty claim process via service@teampilotfish.com. If you purchased your Covered Item(s) from a Pilotfish authorized retailer or partner, proof of purchase may be necessary to submit a claim. You may also be asked to provide photographs of the claimed damage to your item.

 

What Will Pilotfish Do?

Pilotfish will review your submitted Warranty claim. If Pilotfish determines that the damage to your Covered Item(s) is caused by a defect in materials or craftsmanship, Pilotfish will replace your item, at no cost to you, with the same style and color, if available. If the style of your item is out of stock or has been discontinued, you will be offered another item of similar or reasonably equivalent style as determined by Pilotfish.

No shipping and handling or processing fees are required to submit or for Pilotfish to fulfill your Warranty claim.

 

How Does State Law Apply?

This Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

 

 

Lost and Broken Replacement Program

 

How Does the Pilotfish Replacement Program Work?

If your sunglasses become damaged you can request a replacement by submitting a request through the Pilotfish Lost or Broken Replacement Program by emailing service@teampilotfish.com.

If you lose them within two years of purchase, you can request a replacement by submitting a request through the Pilotfish Lost or Broken Replacement Program by emailing service@teampilotfish.com

You must provide proof of purchase when making a Replacement Request, and you may also be required to submit photos of the damaged item. A processing fee is also required for all replacements, which is determined by factors such the shipping country and shipping location for the replacement item.**

 

What Does the Program Cover?

The Pilotfish Replacement Program covers damage to sunglasses, separately sold accessories, and sunglasses retainers purchased from Pilotfish.com, Pilotfish official Amazon listings, or other Pilotfish authorized retailers or partners after purchase. This program also covers lost or stolen sunglasses for two years after purchase.

 

What is Not Covered by the Replacement Program?

Pilotfish's Replacement Program does not extend to lost or damaged prescription eyewear, any apparel, or complimentary products received through promotional events. Products bought from resellers or unauthorized retailers are also not eligible for replacement. Additionally, the program does not cover lost or stolen eyewear more than two years after purchase. This program also does not cover lost or stolen sunglass retainers.

 

Is there a Limit to the Number of Replacements?

Yes, you are only able to receive two replacements for the same item, as long as stock is available. If the style of your item is sold out or has been discontinued, Pilotfish will offer you another item of a similar or equivalent style.
